Paperinen nukkekoti - Doll house made of paper

Vuoden 2014 näyttelyrumbaa varten halusin tehdä jotain muutakin kuin kukkia eri muodoissaan ja kokoonpanoissaan. Keksin että voihan paperista tehdä vaikka huonekaluja, joten tein paperisen nukkekodin makuu- ja olohuoneen.

For the exhibitions in year 2014 I wanted to make something else than only flowers in different forms and assembly. I found out that even furniture can be made of paper by origami technique, so I made a bedroom and living room.

Taitaa olla käsillä töistä kotiinpaluun hetki, emäntä on mennyt juuri suihkuun ja lemmikki odottaa huolenpitoa. Työmekko on huolettomasti heitetty sängylle.
I believe we have here some kind of after work -situation, lady of the house is taking a shower and her pet is waiting. The dress has been thrown on the bed.

Peili, tauluja, korulipas, lehtiä. Kaikkea mitä makuuhuoneessa tarvitaan.
A mirror, pictures, magazines and a jewelry box. Everything you need in a bedroom.

Emäntä taitaa olla käsityöihmisiä. Päivän lehti odottaa lukijaansa tv:n kaukosäätimen vieressä. Väsynyt emäntä on potkaissut kenkänsä työsalkun viereen.
The lady of the house is a crafter, too. Newspaper of this day is waiting someone with a tv remote control. Tired lady of the house has kicked her shoes off besides the briefcase.
